How it Works
Fruit Sale Availability:
Our premium fruit is available for sale in the fall and spring. Fall offerings available for order at the end of November for delivery at the end of December. Spring orders begin and are available for delivery from mid January to mid March.
Step by Step:
Contact Us and Confirm Delivery:
Once you have decided to run your fundraising sale, contact us to confirm your delivery date. We have a proven record of outstanding on-time deliveries and we take great pride in guaranteeing your delivery date and time BEFORE your sale
Fruit Markets change from year to year depending on the crop, so every year we send updated price lists out in early fall and early winter to help you determine your profit margin and selling prices.
How long to run your fundraising sale:
Most groups run their sale for 2-3 weeks, but there is no set duration. Decide what amount of time works best for your group.
Placing your order:
We request that we receive your orders 14 days prior to your delivery date. We do allow add-on’s up to 3 days prior to your delivery.
You’re all set! Our driver will help unload, and sort the product with you.
How Much Money Can I Make?
We recommend an average profit of $5 per item.
Below are a few examples of your potential gross profit:
20 sales people – All sell 10 items each = 200 items sold @ $5.00 profit = $1,000 profit
30 sales people – All sell 20 items each = 600 items sold @ $5.00 profit = $3,000 profit
50 sales people – All sell 30 items each = 1,500 items sold @ $5.00 profit = $7,500 profit
100 sales people – All sell 30 items each = 3,000 items sold @ $5.00 profit = $15,000 profit

Clearly define the reason for your fundraiser.
This will help keep the focus on the cause and increase results.
We guarantee delivery so you can too! With Russ Davis Wholesales’s guaranteed delivery date, you can let your customers know exactly when they can expect their product.
Keep detailed records
It’s very important to keep detailed records of your customer’s information. Keep records of previous addresses, emails and phone numbers so you can contact your customers again.
Be courteous, smile, dress respectful, make eye contact and always close with…
“Thank you for your support.”
Fruit is perishable and sensitive to temperature extremes. At this time of year, be mindful about fruit being exposed to sub-freezing temperatures. Please remind everyone that fruit should never be kept in an unheated area during periods of temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Even an hour or two at below freezing temperatures will severely damage any citrus products. Some of our “Flavor of Wisconsin” products contain cheese which need to be kept at the ideal temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
